About Sheila
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor. This means that I believe that you are the expert on your life and what you need to manage or improve it. My job is to help you explore that in a safe, non-judging and confidential environment. If we agree, I sometimes step outside this to offer skills development. When I do this I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Coaching.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP and therefore abide by their ethical framework. In addition, I have many years experience in organisations including the NHS, Finance, Retail and Professional Services, as manager and management consultant
