Covid-19 update.

Classes are Covid-19 safe, from the comfort of your own home. Classes at Daisy Haye are currently on hold due to Covid-19 but all classes are still running on Zoom.

Natasha also does private one to one sessions in person 2 meters apart or on Zoom.

Please contact Natasha if you would like to join a Zoom class, a private one to one session or Natasha can also enrol you in a monthly subscription of Pilates videos. 

Any items in red may have restrictions due to government guild lines so we can be as safe as possible.

Pilates OnetoOne

Pilates one to one sessions are tailored to focus on specific personal postural needs and medical conditions such as back pain, or an injury.

High Intensity Pilates

Heat rate increased exercise is recommended for 30 minutes a day 3 times a week.

Postural Assessment

A body assessment shows how your muscles and joints work together and if there are any imbalances to be corrected.

Chair Pilates

Chair Pilates is available in seated and standing, during the Pilates Class we will build your mobility, strength and cardio.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates classes include a standing warm up, Pilates floor exercises with equipment and stretches.

Pilates Videos

You can now join a monthly subscription for Pilates Videos, if you cannot make it to classes you can watch Natasha at home.

If you would like to join any Pilates session with Natasha, please book a free consultation if you have any injuries or medical conditions.
Natasha will run through your fitness and medical details to ensure which Pilates sessions are suitable for you, please bring the signed physical activity readiness questionnaire (PARQ) to your free consultation.
If you do not have any medical conditions and feel fit and ready for classes, you only have to fill out a PARQ.
If at the age of 30 you are stiff and out of shape, you are old. If at 60 you are supple and strong then you are young.

Clinical Pilates

Monthly Pass, Pay As You Go system or 6 week block.

The Monthly Pass lets you join as many classes as you like over the month. Natsha runs 9 classes a week, 36 classes a month so classes cost a £1 a class £36 a month.

A 6 Week Blocks offers a discounted rate, £38 for 6 classes of your choice, if you cannot make a session, you can cancel 24 hours before your session so you then can join a catch-up session and not lose your paid session. 

If you cannot commit to a 6 week course of classes please feel free to book in for classes individually and pay as you go at £7 a class. Please ensure you still reserve your slot and cancel 24 hours before if you cannot attend the class or there will still be a charged.

A little bit about why Natasha teaches & practices Pilates

Hi I’m the owner of Polished Inside & Out, I have been in the fitness and beauty industry for over 15 years. I currently work at Daisy Haye in Leek teaching Pilates and providing health and beauty treatments to the local public. The main reason I believe in Pilates so much is due to my own back problems and chronic pain, that I now personally manage effectively via the practice of Pilates.  Many people suffer with a lifelong condition which may not have a simple cure, such as osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and spinal disc issues. Pilates can be very helpful to teach correct postural alignment and stabilise joints, thus empowering individuals to manage their own chronic pain.
