Pilates Classes & Pilates Personal Training at Daisy Haye may be restricted but all Pilates services are still available via Zoom. 

Therapy Exercise has no restrictions if you have been referred to Natasha via your Medical Practitioner for a medical condition.  Therapy Exercise can also be done via Zoom if needed as you are shielding or if you have not been medically referred. 

Chair Pilates

Chair Pilates is available in seated and standing, during the Pilates Class we will build your mobility, strength and cardio.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates classes include a standing warm up, Pilates floor exercises with equipment and stretches.

High Intensity Pilates

Heat rate increased exercise is recommended for 30 minutes a day 3 times a week.

You can now join a monthly subscription for Pilates Videos, if you cannot make it to classes you can watch Natasha at home.

Pilates is ideal for pre and postnatal women as it can be used to maintain stability, promote postural awareness and strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal wall.

A postural assessment let Natasha see if your body is in alignment, if there are some imbalances Natasha will work on your personal postural needs in a 121 session.

Natasha is currently attending her Level 3 Nutrition for Exercise & Health Course. 

The Nutrition for Exercise & Health course will enhance Natasha's nutritional knowledge from a level 2 to 3 so she can apply the principles for nutrition to exercise and health. This will allow Natasha to give healthy nutrition, weight management and exercise nutritional advice on top of all the other services she provides. Helpping her clients achieve their health & fitness goals.

Natasha is currently attending her Level 4 Pilates which includes Therapy Exercise, Nutrition, Myofascial release, Advances anatomy & physiology, biomechanics and movement specialist.

An Exercise Therapist is an expert in human movement assessment. They accurately analyse a client's movement patterns, identify overactive and underactive muscle groups and compensations. The corrective exercise specialist would prescribe a therapy exercise program for you to do with them and at home to help you rehabilitate so you can get back, keep, or improve correct movement patters in your daily life and return to exercise with confideance and confort. Natasha also runs Pilates Classes which you can join after your rehabilitation exercise therapy so you can keep your correct movement patterns long term.

If you have been diagnosis with a Musculo-skeletal condition. Natasha would communicate with your MP so she can give you the best therapy exercise for your medical needed.

If you have been diagnosis with a Musculo-skeletal condition a long time ago but free you still have movement dysfunctions you can self-refer. If you do not have a Diagnosis Natasha Can see if she can pinpoint any dysfunction movement but may need to refer you back to a MP if the therapy exercise does help.  Natasha would then communicate with your MP so she can give you the best therapy exercise for your medical needed.

I work at home, in a safe and private environment, Flexible hours available, Online, Phone or Face-to-face Counselling.

Availability

I normally work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 10.00am until 7.00pm but can do other times by arrangement

At the first session we will discuss how we might work together, why you think counselling might help you and what you want to achieve.  If we feel that we can work together we will set up more appointments.  Please note I charge for the first appointment

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor. This means that I believe that you are the expert on your life and what you need to manage or improve it. My job is to help you explore that in a safe, non-judging and confidential environment.If we agree, I sometimes step outside this to offer skills development. When I do this I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Coaching.

I am a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP and therefore abide by their ethical framework. In addition, I have many years experience in organisations including the NHS, Finance, Retail and Professional Services, as manager and management consultant
